Annual subscription active but still no access

Hello, I have paid for the annual subscription and when I go to the subscription part of my account it says it’s active. But on the dashboard it still says “The Crabigator Is Sad That You Are No Longer A Follower.” and I have no access to the levels.

I have sent an email to hello@wanikani, but was hoping I may get a quicker solution here as I’m keen to allocate some time to WaniKani this weekend.


No idea if it could be a caching issue, but if there’s anything you can do before Tofugu addresses the problem, clearing your cache would probably be it.
