After learning hirigana and katakana

After mastering Hiragana and Katakana, could you please list some resources that can guide me on what to do next? I’ve been trying to study Japanese for years, but I keep losing motivation due to a lack of proper resources and because I don’t know what steps to take after learning Hiragana and Katakana.

(Sorry for my English)

Your English seems perfectly fine to me!

There are many, many guides online and on these forums more specifically, I recommend browsing around and see if something suits you.

This could be a reasonable entry point:

You also need to set goals to decide how to prioritize your studies. Why are you learning Japanese? What do you want to be able to do the most?

I use RocketLanguages.com. It has conversations, grammar, culture, reinforcment activities, etc. It does cost, but I think they are having a sale now. They have sales around most holidays.

Is this targeted for beginners or do you think that someone going from B1 to B2 could benefit? Also, whats the approximate cost?

It is mostly forbeginners, N4-5, and I think they are working on N3. They are on sale now for one more day–promo
code XMAS60.

I love the program, though. Lots of variety so you don’t get bored.
