Access to item changes history?

We have nice “Content update” category but! sometimes item changes and searching for changes related to it is a bit cumbersome.

Would it be possible to add “item changes history” as a view/link to each item? this way if someone remembers some mnemonic and then there is another one - one could check the history of changes easily (thing “git history” :slight_smile: )

Also, would it be possible to add different reading as synonym (so one could stick with on’yomi)?
