Welcome to the 魔女の宅急便 Repeat Book Club This book was originally read by the Beginner Book Club in early 2018. This thread is for a group ‘re-read’ in 2020. [1] If you want to take part… just buy the book and join in the discussion! We started on 27 June, so you have a little catching up to do. Pl…

I finished coloring the page numbers on ch.3. I don’t quite understand what you all are saying in the last few posts, but I wonder if I did something wrong when I copied the whole chapter 3 into the new spreadsheet. Sorry if I did!

Would it help if I added some conditional formatting to take care of the page coloring?

yeah but it would probably get inadvertantly messed up when someone inserts a row/etc…, unless it was scripted (whatever google uses for VB) on the back end and that is probably a lot of work though more power to you if you are so willing  [image] Tonina: I finished coloring the page num…

If anyone reading is at a similar level, I’d be really grateful if you could tell me how manageable you’re finding it! Or if you are more…

I’m around N4 level too, and it’s manageable! There are a lot of long sentences, and sometimes it can be confusing to follow along with the story – but the threads and vocab sheet help a lot  There are chapter summaries that I find helpful to confirm my understanding.
