I’m so happy to organize this! I will close the poll on Friday, July 11th for final scheduling decisions as that will give us enough time to order books for even the earliest schedule start times. I actually have mine coming in the mail this week, pretty excited.
Thank you for setting this up, I actually started reading this book as part of my own studies so I was very happy to see a repeat club.
I don’t want to be a pain but for my own goals, I’ll be continuing to read from now, I will still be active in the club but I won’t post any spoilers.
It would be nice to see if I am translating it correctly so would love to compare with others.

I will do my best. This will be the first full book I have read, not counting graded readers. I am working through the Anki deck at the same time and trying to translate in my mind before checking what it’s supposed to mean. I don’t know why I’m so nervous hahah
After a bit of deep-diving, it looks like a lot of vocab lists for book clubs have been on JPDB rather than Anki, and there is in fact a deck for this book already there:
I haven’t really used this site but my future reads have decks there too so I think I’m going to use this deck so it’s all in one place
