Last panel, Tamamo says: 座って使うもんじゃろ
I think this is another grammar point I haven’t studied yet, what’s the meaning of もん after 使う? Is it this: もの・もん (JLPT N3) | Bunpro ?

Last panel, Tamamo says: 食べぬのじゃ！
Is たべぬ a type of conjugaison for 食べる? Same thing appears in page 42 with すみまぬのじゃ

I think it’s just the もん variation of 物 here. “A thing you sit on and use”

Yeah - it’s an old traditional verb negation conjugation. You can just replace the ぬ with ない:
- たべぬ = たべない
- すまぬ = すまない
