They use マウス (mouse) instead of ます here and でチュー (chuu as sound of mouse) instead of です. Supposedly the あんしん can either mean ‘relief’ (safe from cat) or ‘support’ (if you want to buy a computer there’s the customer support). Can someone comfirm or explain this usage of あんしん please?
I think the implication is that if you buy their product, you’ll be relieved and safe from problems that they’re implying you’ll have if you buy from a different brand. Just typical marketing speak, perhaps harder to tell since it’s dressed up with the moe and mouse puns.
Edit: Also, I’ve never seen any indication that 安心 could mean customer service, did you hear that from a specific source?
That’s how I would understand it as well. 安心してください - please, do not worry.
Though in articles I often see 安心 as literally “relief” like “disaster relief”.
I’ve also seen this commercial recently, but only just now realized it had lyrics

It’s hard for me to translate properly but it’s sort of being calm because there’s nothing weighing on your mind.
No mention of customer support, and I haven’t seen it used in that meaning personally.
But as other people said it’s not supposed to directly mean customer support. It means if you buy from them they got you covered, relax and don’t worry, Mausu.

english usually uses many words and structures to contextualize a sentence. “Call our support service”, for exemple, specifies an action they want the listener to take (“call”), and who they want the action to be taken upon (“our”, implying “us”).
Japanese on the other hand usually lets a sentence gain meaning through the context in which it was spoken.
The mouse girl says “安心でチユ” (Anshin dechu). “安心” can both mean “relief” or “support” (as in phone support for clients). In the context of mice hiding from a cat the sentence could be understood as “i’m relieved!” or “what a relief!”, while in the context of the song it would be “if you want to buy a computer… (our) phone support (is a thing, y’know?)!”
Agree with the [citation needed]. None of the 国語辞典 I have checked give any indication 安心 can refer to customer support. Customer support is usually サポート
