Is this an omission of は after 俺? Or something else happening to imply this is a functional sentence? Am I missing anything?
Yes.
In context, the idol on the poster has been showing up a lot lately. This suggests that she’s popular. Miyamura then says 「俺(は)…」 to say how his view differs. “As for me, [comment that differs from others].”
Great, thought that might be the case but wanted to confirm it. Next time I see that sort of thing I can have it in mind. Thanks!
