I finished it now too.
Took me roughly 2 1/2 weeks in real time or ~16 hours reading time and another 5 hours for the threads to read all your comments >.<.
I have nothing much to add, and @Gyoshi perfectly sums up my feelings towards this story. Such a fantastic last few pages that leave you on an emotional high.
