So far it seems that the character featured on the cover gets more exposure in the volume, I hope that it means we’ll get some Tetia-centric chapters. She hasn’t done much lately.
I give up on understanding those shape shifting cloaks. Why would the statues see them as フデムシ? I guess that’s also how they saw Alila at first but then they said it was a mirror thing. No idea. I do like the comedic potential of the statues being unsuspicious of two giant fluffy worms running around the dungeon.
I thought the answer to the riddle was 死. I don’t think I was wrong, all things considered.
Nice catch, I didn’t notice wormiesama in that cell! But then why do the wizards still see each other as humans except for that one instance at the start with Alila?
I think she did help them though, but doesn’t realise it. Hence the ありがとう. They’d been forced to live in eternity without relief, and she inadvertently gave them that.
Yeah, I think she just probably won’t be able to understand that for a long time. But even so I think she’d have done anything she could to help them by making them be able to live rather than able to die. (Albeit in a delicious warm golden sauna, which is probably the best way to go, to be fair.)
I will be offline for the next two weeks (a bit more) so I won’t be posting for chapter 26 & 27, but please read on schedule as usual (and if someone wants to make the posts you are welcome!)
Yes, if you are on digital edition you can just screenshot the page and crop it to the bit of the picture you want.
You are obviously an outlier tech wise, it feels sometimes like most people here seem to write computer programs in their spare time!
Aside - I came across the kanji for とんがり this week in another book - it’s 尖り. It’s such a cool kanji - big at the bottom and small at the top - pointy!
