んだ - explanatory のだ

=> 家から歩いてきたらお腹減ったんだもーん - When I walked here from my house, I got hungry. -

おとなり - house next door
じゃん - isn’t (contraction of じゃない, or as I’m used to: ではありません)
=> “isn’t it the house next door?”
