EDIT: A little more research suggests 元気が出る花 could mean something like “cheerful flower?” I think the full sentence in English would be something like “A somewhat cheerful flower, isn’t it?”
The colours of the flowers change depending on the acidity of the soil.(pH) By knowing the acidity of the soil, it helps gardeners know which flowers to plant. Some flowers can only grow in acidic soil, others can only grow in basic soil.
