Wrong nunber of kanji to complete the level?

The dashboard says I have 33 of 36 kanji for level 4 passed.

But level 4 has 39 kanji to learn.

Am I missing something here?

You don’t need to pass all of them to get to the next level.

Specifically, you need to guru 90% of the kanji (rounded up).
