Hello everyone!
Here at Nekologic been working hard the last few months working on a mobile game to learn Japanese. While what we have come up with is probably too simple for most on this site (it’s just for learning Hiragana and Katakana at the moment), it is just the first stage in a many stage process to make Japanese learning more fun (including Kanji, Radicals, Grammar and all that other useful stuff).
Here is a screenshot of our splash screen to give you an idea of what the game looks like:
What we’d love at this stage is:
- People to like us on Facebook or Follow us on Twitter. While we’re not that active there due to there only being two of us (at the moment… We have a 3rd person joining us very soon), we do hope to post updates as to what we are up to once in a while on these pages
- People with Android/iOS devices who would be interested in testing and giving feedback. If you send a message to our FB or Twitter pages with your email address we can hook you up with a build.
- Any other feedback, ideas, requests or anything else you’d like to share with us!
Our next stages are to start building out a game that lets you learn Kanji and compounds, then adding multiple games to the mix (the one we have is pretty fun, but a little simple… But don’t worry, we have bigger and more sophisticated things coming!)
We’re new to this so go easy, but we hope to bring some more fun and magic to Japanese learning
