All right, everyone, I know it’s been a while, but I finally have another level of MS Paint doodles ready.
Thank you for your patience. These were a lot of fun to make and I’m looking forward to diving back into them again.
Anyway, here is Level 4!
First, Level 4 Radicals:
Okay, I just gotta say, I love the picture for the radical 入. Whenever I see a sign that says “don’t” I just have to. Especially when it says “do not touch” because I am very tactile. Also, the face on the teepee is adorable. I mean, aDURTLEble
If you manage to keep this up, this might come to be the go-to unofficial supplementary mnemonic resource for WaniKani. What you’ve done so far is amazing
Plus, the characters for こう and ちょう are exactly how I imagined them to be in my head.
Aww, thank you so much! That would be a dream come true if that were to happen to my dinky little doodles! And I’m glad they lived up to your imagination.
I promise I have not abandoned my WK artwork, guys! April was just a really hellish month…but I’ve started up on Level 5 again and this time I decided to use Photoshop. It takes longer to draw each picture, but the lines look a lot smoother.
Here’s a little sample so far:
I’ve finally finished Level 5! The wait is over!
This one took longer because I decided to do them on Photoshop instead. The lines and colors look so much smoother. The radicals were drawn back in December, when I was still doing them with MS Paint.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed drawing them!
This is so great, I look forward to these every time and the drawing quality is super. The interpretations are hilarious, I hope you keep having fun drawing them. The soul mate relationship only lasted 4 frames and there are paternity questions now too, wow! I forgot how violent Koichi’s imagination gets sometimes, I never gave attention to these early mnemonics before.
Oh my gosh, thank you! You appreciation really made my evening.
And yeah, I forgot about a lot of these earlier mnemonics myself. It’s fun to go back and revisit their absurdities.
Aww, and thank you for your kind words!
I think I’ll eventually go over the doodles I did for the first 4 levels with Photoshop cause they look more polished. Haha.
For the love of the Crabigator, I will draw 'em all!
