The last more official update was 1 1/2 months ago. And the last actual mention of it by a staff member was this which doesn´t tell us anything at all. How much things are currently “being worked on”?
Summary Page, Kana-Vocab-Opt-Out, Bringing Review-API back and that´s just the stuff of the last 2 months or so. All of which we just have promises or “it´s being worked on”. And I´ve stopped believing either if it comes from the WK-Team as long as their isn´t more concrete info.
It should not take that long to fix this. Members of the community have found workarounds within days and the people we are paying to do this are “working on it” and “planning to implement it”.
Some of our Script-Writers are acting way more professional than the team, they reacted quickly, gave an estimate of the required work and time to fix things, posted frequent updates and interacted with users facing issues.
I´m getting more and more angry about this because I use this service every single day and I will continue to complain in the forums about those issues, because that´s the only thing that might get them to actually fix this. Keeping quiet just tells them they can get away with it.
