For some reason, you can’t listen to how stuff is pronounced in lesson quizzes in the “item info” section. Just wanted to point this out, would really help if you added the little speaker button. 
It should be available for vocab items (purple background) after you answer its reading

Yeah, that’s what I thought. It was vocab, and I already had answered it. Weird.

Is your autoplay audio on for lessons? (the settings for that can be found here)

No, it isn’t. I have all those settings on default.
Maybe try turning that on and see if that makes a difference – there should still be an audio icon available for the vocab items under the reading section though, if it’s not there that may be a bug
In the meantime, you can always go to the individual item’s page and the audio is available there, though I know that isn’t as convenient

the first item i review won’t play sound. i can click the (black) speaker and it works, or i just continue and autoplay kicks in from the second word on.
not a huge hassle, just remembered when i saw this thread. might just be a glitch of one of my scripts.
