Where to type Furigana (Google Doc doesn't support)?

Actually, obviously Discourse supports Furigana, and Anki appears to support as well.

But I am looking to type somewhere that can be both private and I can share.

Microsoft word has Furigana Support.
You could use something like Subline Text and make a HTML file, that if you click on it, it will show furigana with your test (but when typing it, similar to anki, it won’t look like that. instead its something like this

化ば け物もの

.
<p><ruby><rb>化</rb><rt>ば</rt> け<ruby><rb>物</rb><rt>もの</rt></p>.

you could look for some HTML previewer text things, and use the above code, IDK
