Somewhere long ago I get an e-mail and there was a kanji what I did not found anywhere. I saved it and I wanted to learn it now but I still don’t find it anywhere. I have no idea what is the meaning of it but I’m really curious. Is there a site or something where we can find it by its design, and all the other kanji what look simmilar is also there? (I’ve tried drawing it with google translate/windows IME/Online too.)

Jisho has a lookup by radical, if that’s easier than drawing.

Copy and pasting into google, with a word like ‘kanji’ added, would also work. Unless for some reason you couldn’t copy from the email.
