Currently 囁 and 轟, but 襲 is also up there. Not looking forward to learning the more crazy ones, because I would need to squint to even recognize them

囚 is a little weird- it makes sense, but it looks so strange somehow. It’s just too simple or something.

啜る comes to mind.
綴る comes to mind too.

Any kanji with a primarily-used katakana reading, like 頁. I can see how this would come to be, but kanji readings being written in katakana just feels wrong.
Even the readings are strange.
One is すする, the other is つづる.

A weirdly felt one I’ve found recently (inside the vocabulary list) is 焉, and it appears to be common enough to be found in Goo JE’s examples. (and Jisho said it is relatively common in newspaper too)
