It looks like the sect “Turtles” don’t get credited with sects. Those who have had sects assigned (including “turtles” with a lower case “t”) get them displayed.

@koichi @viet will the forums be getting their classic ‘Wanikani’ style theming back? e.g. colours and background images?

technically, those who don’t have a sect assigned (undefined) had them automatically displayed accordingly in the old.

@koichi Is it intended that we can’t create topics in the “Japanese Language” category without also selecting one of the sub-categories?
For instance, a new しりとり thread doesn’t seem to fit into any existing sub-category but it also doesn’t seem like it needs a new sub-category
