2 reasons:
- burnt out last year at level 11 from going at a good clip.
- a lot of life stuff has been happening this year, since April 1st. One Grandma died, another has been very sick in and out of the hospital - among other issues!
When life calms down I hope to resume a pace close to what I did before I burnt out last year, but not quite so fast.

imagine an snail growing overseas for long time and didnt have environtment where snail cannot learn snail language properly～
even snail can back to snail country and already regain some native snail features、but it’s still not perfect～
probably google my old username you can discover some clue～ probably not truly accurate～ but at least you can know more what im doing～
im dont mind～ im not feel offended～ it’s not problem～♪

I think I know what you mean. I hope you learn your language. I’m sure you will. If what you mean is what I think you mean, I understand that it’s embarassing, but don’t be ashamed. I think there’s a Youtuber named PDS who went through a similar situation but kind of in reverse. If I’m right, hopefully I didn’t say too much, but I wish you luck. hugs

No need to be ashamed, your a man/woman of the world! I had a roommate this year who’s Chinese and speaks the language with her parents, but never learned how to read it… so she had to take a class in Chinese. I’m curious, while you were a snail overseas, where did you live? What language are you most comfortable speaking?

currently now in some country in east asia～ i can speak some language on southeast asia country～

Campfire is private. For someone to see the posts in campfire (and any other forum section with a lock symbol), they would have to have a WaniKani account. If your concern is web crawlers having access to your posts minamixdrops @uyu. I’ve had a hunch on where you live for a while and if the Twitter I found from Googling is yours, then I was right. Was always curious about the circumstances, but it makes sense now.
