I personally use Limbo for the place between, neither dead nor alive. Though I’m not sure which culture or religion it was taken from.

Can be found on Kitsun and probably anki too I believe.
But many do hope it slowly gets added to the official list, just for completionists to feel all the kanji asked for in x y and z is 100% in WaniKani, even the “useless” ones (rare, or name only)
Do these contain the remaining JLPT, Joyo and Frequent kanji or something?
woah? condescending? I’m so sorry. that was not my intent! please forgive me. I’m just trying to keep things light. CVs are rarely a representation of a person’s character, likeability, ability or skill. I think that’s why so many people get jobs through friends or friends of friends. Its like credit scores. I’ve owned everything I’ve ever had straight out. I work hard and just buy it… cars… trucks… macbooks… houses… acreage. My credit score doesn’t reflect that because I’ve never needed to use “credit” for anything. When times were hard, I grew my own garden and hunted my own game myself. Taught myself how to forage. How to field dress and butcher game. A real life Katniss Everdeen. You try to put that on a CV! Elon Musk talks a lot about this. He doesn’t believe that a degree, for instance, reflects a person’s ability either. What he wants are problem solvers, people who see a crucial need and try to come up with a solution, no matter the level of difficulty. And I think the JLPN1 exam is precisely about just that for me, accepting that I couldn’t afford the tuition at Stanford or Royal Holloway, University of London, overcoming the boundary of university education and applying the self-discipline of being self-taught. I’m applying this same logic to a more lucrative career, backend coding as well.

By hiding items was it meant that some repetitive items like 別 will be hidden/removed? I mean, I don’t mind remembering more vocab, since I’m anyhow supplementing WaniKani reviews with Anki reviews

I decided to slow down Wanikani a bit. I still do my reviews every day, but it is now 123 day I am on level 32.
I started doing new lessons again this week. 5 per day. Yesterday I was so happy because I noticed I would reach this level’s radicals today.

I’ll be doing these lessons on another platform, selectively on the words I want to practice. There is a serious lack of nuance meanings on verbs. Not to say they won’t add synonyms listed above but I’ve gotten burnt several times, coming across meanings I never knew existed. One recent example: 響く, I never knew could mean “to make an impression”…I couldn’t extrapolate the context sentence from “to echo” as I knew it. Not that various meanings gets practiced directly during reviews but I certainly would want to see it in the entry and reminded every time a review is complete just to be aware that it exists.
BTW, 口にする could also mean ‘to taste’, which is not listed here but a primary definition in some dictionaries.
hahaha, slow your roll their my dude. It’s all good. A lot of people need to take the JLPT, for example, to get into school that only has Japanese taught classes or to work in a Japanese country. I’m sure there are a whole host of reasons. But with that said, it isn’t the be all, end all when it comes to Japanese. I know some people who’ve passed N3 and can barely whole a conversation as well as some people who’ve never taken it and are leaps and bounds ahead of myself. It’s mostly just a good benchmark to formally prove you’re serious and know what you’re doing. A lot of people, including myself, just use it as a rough study guide. And as for how I got this far in the language, I just enjoy learning it and always wanted to be bilingual. I don’t have any plans as of yet, but I’d love to be able to use my Japanese at some point.
