Hi from level 2!
I already know all of the kanji and vocabulary so far. It’s good review though. I’m making silly typos and mistakes. Don’t give up! I know it will speed up for us soon.

When I was on level 1 (and 2) I made typos and I really often wrote spelling of a word instead of the translation and vice versa. At level three I have learned not to rush so much.
Waiting for stuff you know is a good thing. On the other hand I would like option to review novice (and maybe Apprentice I) items in the meantime, as those are things that did not quite stuck in my head yet…
Anyway WaniKani is not Japanese learning site, it is a Kanji learning site. + some vocabulary. There is so much you can do in the free time between reviews. Watch anime (in Japanese with subtitles). Learn Japanese grammar. Learn how to write kana and kanji. Sure, with a good Anki deck and lots of focus you may learn kanji in 3 months, but you will miss most of the vocabulary and the alternate readings. I do not think you have to rush through learning Kanji. Slower can be better. Find some other activity for the rest of Japanese (other than reading Kanji).
I agree wholeheartedly with the rest of that paragraph, but this part isn’t really true.
Life. Trust me, you will not regret it. And you will be buried under reviews soon. Trust me on this too. All the best!

If you want a srs system for grammar there is bunpro which I find usefull (not free)
Second the 文プロ recommendation.
Third™ the Bunpro recommendation. With WK and Bunpro i’ve learned more Kanji, vocabulary and grammar in a few weeks than in my months and years of study with textbooks. (i didn’t study very hard, but still)
and i really feel like i understand Japanese so much better now and it’s not just dry information, contrary to what people are saying with MIA/AJATT/immersion. Of course immersion is important, but i think grammar study is underestimated.
