Last night I reached Level 14 and got access to the level 14 radicals and first bunch of Kanji. And then for some reason, just his morning after doing some reviews, I found a new Level 12 Kanji in my lessons, for 疲 (Exhausted). And I definitely didn’t just forget about the lesson - the unlock date is today.
I’ve never had a prior level Kanji unlock on a new level as far as I can recall, and can’t imagine how it would be for 2 levels prior - especially since I was pretty sure I’d guru’d all available level 12 radicals some time ago.
I was wondering if anyone could explain to me why this might have happened?
ah excellent, thanks! I figured something like this was the most likely reason, but wasn’t sure where to find out if this was actually what had happened. Now I know where to look for next time
And to further explain - how you saw it was similar for everyone on L13 or higher.
This moving of levels can happen but I think not so frequently or for large numbers of Kanji.
(Having said that, I see the announcement post flagged a fair number of movements )
