Hi I just got started out with WaniKani yetserday and I already know that you have to wait in-between lesson/reviews but I’m wondering if there is any way to see how much time there’s left before you can do your next lesson?

Yes, when you hover over a radical or kanji item, it should tell you how many minutes, hours or days until the next review. When you click on the item, that’s also visible at the very bottom of the page.
Unless you mean new lessons when you Guru radical and kanji items? That depends on your pace (when you do your reviews) and is spaced like this until an item reachers the Guru 1 stage: 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours.
Use the review forecast.
That will let you know how long you need to wait for the next review. For the next lessons there is no set time because that depends on how good you are at guruing items to unlock new lessons.
