This level was pretty fast! Still have a lot of locked vocabulary but all kanjis to level up are added to reviews, so I should level quite fast this time

Slow and steady wins the race?

It’s a good morning - I even got “sugar sculpture” right - it’s been haunting me for like 20 levels

But I have a headache so might level up in the morning instead.

I missed level 14, so here’s Level 15. I might level up tomorrow so this is the best time to do the 0/0.

Streak #10

Already got it on February 20th several hours before levelling up, which was more than one week ago, but didn’t have time and/or energy to post. Then again, I haven’t made any posts on WK forums for nearly two months.

0/0 streak so far (started at level 12)

Level 13 should arrive after work tomorrow so I gotta screenshot 12 now.

12 was rough because the headache I had was actually a 3 day migraine featuring a weird language learning fever dream. During that period I retained basically zero memory for new flashcards. I’m sure that’s totally normal but I cut back on Anki a bit anyway.

Wanikani continues at full speed.

I’ll hit the end of 13 in the next couple days probably.

It has been a little brutal. But starting at level 14 the number of radicals drops by a lot which is nice.

Slowed down these last couple levels, but seeing the number of reviews in the next day go lower and lower is strangely satisfying… A lot of people rush the last 10 levels but I think I will stay mostly in the same average of between 13/20 days for a level.
During this level my apprentice items also dropped enormously, seems like I’ve cleared a stubborn block of items that kept lingering at apprentice… At one point I had only 20 or so apprentice items

2.5 days until level 15. This level was slow for me, mostly because I missed a day, wasn’t checking often enough to optimize radical timings, and had a pretty heavy flashcard load.

The painful levels continue to be painful. By this point I have gotten past most of the kanji I learned informally outside of Wanikani. Today I did 245 reviews and (so I could post here before leveling up) 90 lessons. I’m sure this is fine.

And yet it’s still full speed ahead. I’m not slowing down until level 20.
