Have some doubts on this one, what does the ちょっと means here?
だけど → however
なんか → something like
たくましくなった → became strong
気がする → have a feeling
“However I have a feeling that you’re somewhat getting strong” or something like that…?
I would say the ちょっと is literally just: A little bit.
Literally:
“(It’s) a little bit, but something like becoming stronger, I feel (you are).”
Naturally, fairly close to your interpretation:
“It’s (just) a little, but I feel you are becoming somewhat stronger.”
I think I’m getting what you mean, actually reading this I recalled watching a cure dolly video about it that explained it wonderfully… if I’m not wrong she said that when there isn’t a が or a を then it means that you (or an implicit subject) wants something, but when が or を appear that means that that thing is want-inducing, therefore in the previous example Nishikata’s face was so funny that Takagi-san referred to his face as being want-inducing to see it.

Clear now, I fell again into that logic of translating japanese too much into english… I hope I’ll eventually get rid of this 
Eh, now that you mention it, I guess that humour can be tough to grasp if it’s not in a very simple form… it will require a lot of work and immersion…
I’m actually playing the gacha rn, and it’s pretty good practice. Mostly since I find a ton of translation mistakes. Pretty simple to follow the story, too.
Same! And agreed, there’s not really any crazy curveballs in the game, but yeah, there are definitely some translation mistakes. I notice the same thing in the PriConne gacha game, as well, from time-to-time, though it’s got fewer mistakes and more…liberal interpretations (to be generous). Haha. The only outright mistake I noticed recently was somebody must have mixed up 拍手 and 握手 because they mistranslated “applause” as “handshake,” even after the sound effect of applause played. 
Which like, if they were going off of spoken words, I can see making the mistake, but one would think they would be going off of a written script to translate, and the 拍 and 握 kanji don’t really look much alike at all.

I’m 99% sure they’re going off the English translation for all other versions, since they make the same mistakes.
I’ve messaged them about some of them, but they don’t seem interested in doing it properly.
I remember Erika says something like, 聞きたいのはそんな言葉じゃない, and they translated it as, not a good reception, or something like that

Anyway, I just made it! This is a personal record, I did chapter 4 in less than 2 days and a half!
It’s not that I’m rushing, I’m just following a pace that allows me to carefully go through every grammar point I don’t understand, and since this chapter was tough I can only take conclusions that I’m actually improving. Merit goes to @MrGeneric 先輩 for the thorough explanations

からかわれなくなっても : からかわれる → からかわれない → からかわれなく + なる → なっても
Literal translation:
For now, also if I turn into not receiving teasing from Takagi-san, let’s continue muscle training training, I think
Rearranged:
For now, I think I’ll continue training even if Takagi-san will stop teasing me (I guess this is an illusion to the fact that Nishikata wants to keep training because Takagi-san complimented him)

oof, yeah, that’s definitely going beyond taking liberties. But since most people aren’t going to be paying attention to the Japanese at all, it’s not a surprise that they just kinda write it how they feel it fits. It does make you wonder why they choose some of the things they do, though.
