I finished chapter 1! Much appreciation for those answering questions, breaking down grammar and putting their own translations out there!

I had the same understanding as you had since I first read the title of this manga, and I also got confused about who was who once I started reading, but now everything makes sense!
It’s amazing how many backflips the grammar stops doing when you realize 高木さん is the girl. 
Edit: I JUST REALIZED AFTER A MONTH THAT THE ENGLISH TITLE IS USING THE WORD “TEASING” AS AN ADJECTIVE, NOT A VERB. Life is pain.

I gave a rapid look at those contractions @ChristopherFritz was talking about yesterday, and I have to correct myself. It’s nothing that I’ve ever seen before, neither in my native language nor anywhere else 
Are they difficult to learn for an AB? Are they many or just a few?
There are a few; I think the most common one (no science here, pure gut feelings) is likely the ちゃう contraction in various forms of conjugation. I didn’t have too much trouble picking up all of the contractions that show up as I went along (having started the series as an absolute beginner), but as with all things in this language, YMMV. One good thing about this manga being focused on 2 characters specifically and only occasionally featuring other characters is that you will see the same speech style and thus the same grammar and contraction patterns a lot. Also, by the time we started the second volume, I was also in the Ayumu book club (another series by the same author as this one), so that helped to expand my immersion. They kinda built off of each other as far as learning contraction and grammar points in one, and seeing it reinforced in the other.
I wouldn’t recommend that as the first thing, of course; give yourself time to get comfortable with reading a bit before tackling multiple series, but know that once you get to that point, it all starts to compound! Just something to look forward to. 
Either way, if you have any questions, do feel free to ask! I always like to revisit grammar. It’s good practice!
Back when I first started reading, I was encountering a lot of contractions for the first time.
The second time I saw the same contractions, I didn’t remember them. I had to look them up again.
The third time I saw them, again I didn’t remember them and had to look them up again.
I thought, “I’ll never be able to remember these.”
But by the time I finished reading that manga volume, I had seen the most common contractions so many times that I started to get a good feel for them.
I’d go with the dropped い in 〜ている, but there are quite a few types of contraction that come up fairly often.
don’t worry…there will be plenty more to worry about beyond contractions… just enjoy the deep end of the pool
Ha, you are definitely correct; that one has just become so ubiquitous, I barely even think about the fact that it is a contraction…

) and I’m pushing a bit on Cure Dolly’s videos, so when the mangas will be delivered 10 days from now I should have that minimum level 
Also I don’t know if this is better or worse (?) but I reduced WK daily lesson number (only 5 instead of 10) and pushing a bit more with the genki book instead (10 genki vocabs a day and I’m also going faster with grammar points)
I’m already seeing slight improvements in general comprehension since the genki vocabs are soo common

Do you mean already by the first book?
The first manga volume I read was from a different series, and by the time I finished that volume, I’d gotten used to some of the more common contractions. It was a 116-page manga, but the pages sometimes were fairly dense with dialogue.
It took me several months as I had to look up all the kanji along the way (and I didn’t have a helpful vocabulary sheet already populated with a lot of words like we have in the book club here). It did help that I had seen the anime with English subtitles, so I knew the context and generally what was being said in advance.
By the time I finished those several months of reading, I knew some of the most common contractions very well. Even ones I thought I would never get used to.
Should I expect vertical dialogues from Takagi-san?

Yup. Pretty much all Japanese comics utilize vertical text. You’ll get used to it.

I’m finally about begin reading からかい上手の高木さん 
I wanted to ask for your opinion:
I burned all the level 0 graded readers in few time without any problem, and I got a big handle on the very basics of elementary grammar (I kinda know everything that is covered in Genki 1 thanks to youtube and other sources but I’m just at chapter 7 so I could be ignoring some, more or less, small grammar points).
My weakness atm is vocabulary because rushing thru grammar I didn’t put much time at building a kanji/vocab pile, but I’m totally ok with looking one word every two on the dictionary (precisely, the dictionary sheets you guys made 
)
I was wondering if someone had some last suggestion for me, because this is for real the first manga/comic/ non-scientific paper that I read in 10 years, and also the first japanese material that is not intended for foreigners
Different people use different methods for vocabulary.
I tried using a “core 2K” deck for learning the “2,000 most common words”. I did reviews daily for a few years. And I remembered almost nothing from it. But some people learn a lot from it.
When I started reading a lot, I saw certain words come up again and again. These were easier to pick up because I was seeing them a lot. (Although, some words were still impossible for me to learn even after seeing them a lot.)
These days, most of my new vocabulary learning is based on frequency lists because this is the only method that reliably works for me personally.
If you learned the 200 most common words in the Takagi series (including names), you would only have to look up 1/2 of the words you encounter. By the time you learned the 500 most common words in the series, you only need to look up about 1/4 words.

For common words that use kanji I don’t know, I like to learn the reading now and save the kanji for later. It makes it easier for me to learn the word now, and then it’s easier for me to learn the kanji later.

I had the same thought just today, and lately I’m feeling the exact way you mentioned,
so would you suggest me to focus on takagi san’ most common words? Knowing half of the words I encounter would already be a game changer and I’m seriously considering it because this is probably the only thing I’ll read in the next months
I know almost every word of this list is there a bigger list? I will study it
