Suggestion: Readings for each level

I think it would be a good idea, to practice our vocab/learning, to create at least a few paragraphs of text for each level to show what users can read once they know their kanji from that level.

This contextualizes, gives really great practice opportunities, and would assist with retention.

Anyone else agree?

That could be incredibly difficult because people on the same level will have very different knowledge of grammar and non-WaniKani vocabulary.

Could be, but not all that different from the current examples, which aren’t necessarily tailored to your WK level to any noticeable degree. I’m just noticing that I will lose certain kanji I don’t tend to see in the reading I do on my own, and I was wishing for some way to continually refresh myself while getting used to reading.

Consider this my level 60 Japanese post. Can’t be bothered to go back retroactively for the previous levels.

This is largely the intent for EtoEto, when it comes out - to have reading passages geared to different levels of Japanese.
