Hello all!
I’m a fairly new learner to Japanese. I’m currently working through Genki 1 (just finished chapter 6), but I’m concerned a little when it comes to remembering the grammar that I’m learning. Unlike vocab and kanji, I can’t seem to find an efficient way to remember the grammar. With kanji/vocab it’s as simple as plugging the info into anki and reviewing every day, but this isn’t so easy with grammar
I’ve Googled furiously but the only advice I’m getting over and over again is to either (1) Read more Japanese, which is impossible with my current level of knowledge, (2) Use the language, I’m honestly not too sure ‘how’ to use it though, I’ve tried to find a native speaker to talk to but honestly I just simply don’t know enough to have a conversation.
None of the above two pieces of advice seem to be very useful to me at the moment. I’d love to read and converse with native material/speakers, but it just isn’t possible at the moment!
Could anyone share some better advice for a complete beginner? It’d be appreciated! ^^

) . I love the idea of putting things on HelloTalk for the corrections though, so I’ll have to try that!
