Script Idea: Reviews on a timer

I like to work on my reviews as fast as I can, spending as little time on each review item as possible. You might think it’s better to spend plenty of time on a review item, so if you don’t remember it right away but remember it eventually, you’ll remember it better when you see it again.
That’s legit, but I prefer to get a review item wrong over and over again until it sticks in my mind through sheer grinding. My problem is, getting into that groove is rather difficult. It’s a gradual acceleration.
I want to minimise this acceleration.

What if there was a script that forced you to stop wasting time? A timer that gave you {x} amount of time with each item, and if you didn’t enter an answer, it would automatically mark the item as wrong, show you the correct answer, and move on to the next by its own accord.
Not only would this be good for those in a hurry, but it would also be good for those that are easily distracted. You’re less likely to tab out when you have hundreds of reviews on the line.

Tell me what you think. Ideally, the time should be adjustable.

There is? :open_mouth: Thank you! :bowing_man:

No problem! I know scripts can be hard to find sometimes, so it’s good we have a community of people who know what already exists

Maybe to expand a bit, maybe you get more time for low apprentice items, but less time for enlightened or something? Like if you don’t know it quick enough at enlightened then you don’t know it well enough, but not knowing it at apprentice should help with learning?
