I have always been in awe of how fast you go through your reviews - It would take me 2 hours to so 200 reviews! You really kept me motivated the past month or so as I worked on my own comparatively smaller review pile (~1000 at its worst), which I finally got to 0 last night. I was making my own situation worse by plowing through a lesson pile at the same time, but that’s manageable again, thank goodness. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration, you’re amazing!

I’ve felt like I’ve been in a slump lately, with Saturday morning going especially badly, so I decided to make graphs of the average review speed and accuracy over the last six months. Surprisingly, the review speed graph barely shows a downward trend:
The slump is much more pronounced in the accuracy graph. I think this is due to running out of easy items to review, since I’ve already burned so many of them, so now the review load is disproportionately leeches and thus accuracy is lower. But that’s just a guess.
It’s also interesting how spiky the accuracy graph is, even with heavy smoothing applied (kernel: [1, 12, 66, 220, 495, 792, 924, 792, 495, 220, 66, 12, 1]). I wonder why that is.
Went through reviews very fast this afternoon, as if to make up for yesterday. Accuracy was still poor though.
