Hi i just started using this website. I need your advice regarding the review forecast.
The review forecast stats that 3 reviews will be available at 1pm and 34 will be available at 3pm. Do i need to stick to this schedule and do each review on time? Or can i do them all at the end of the day?
Also will this affect the speed of my progress to the next level?

You don’t have to do them as soon as they’re available, you’re free to do them whenever you want. However, if you have time, and want optimal memorisation, then I’d recommend doing them like this, multiple times a day. The way leveling up works is that you need to bring a certain amount of kanji to the Guru 1 stage before the next level items get unlocked. So, what I do is, I do the new radicals and kanji as soon as they get available as per forecast, but I do the vocab when I have time so I don’t wear myself out. For a better forecast I’d recommend this plugin. Good luck with your journey!
