Hi all, I’m a fairly new wanikani user. I’m on level 6 and wondering if there are any recommended books or articles that are level appropriate as I progress in my journey.
I’ve looked into nhk and some other sites and I still find it too advanced for me. I’m open to recommendations including maybe that I don’t bother until I’m at a higher level, or what a should be expecting as I’m trying to read something - for example should I expect only 50% familiarity rate?
The Level 0 readers should not pose a problem for you.

Welcome to the forum! I second starting with graded readers and Satori.
Have you heard of Natively? It’s a great resource for finding level-appropriate material. After you make progress with graded material/Satori, then starting native content from level 16 is normally approachable. The Absolute Beginners Book club normally chooses books at around that level (16-20ish)
