Started Vol 4 of Bluelock yesterday, read about 5 pages, and then another 40 today to complete the first two chapters of this volume. The first chapter had a big chunk of character back story so that had a fair bit of new vocabulary, but the second chapter felt nice and simple and was easy enough to get through.
Only managed to get through one page of the light novel, I’m struggling to focus on it for long periods of time, especially if anything else is going on around me. I think I need to try and find half an hour/hour to just sit down with it distraction free. Hopefully tomorrow.

Found half an hour this morning to sit down with the light novel and work through a few pages. So far the way it’s written is fairly easy to understand, and there’s not a crazy amount of new vocab which is nice.
Another chapter down in the manga as well.

人肌脱ぐ: ひとはだぬぐ: to pitch in, to give someone a hand

I’d forgotten the satisfaction of being near the end of a physical book and really seeing your progress.
