idk how many pages it was (30 smth) but i finished すきとも! and, hm. in terms of vibes and writing style i really liked it, it had quite a cosy feel, but outside of that there wasn’t a great deal there imo? in terms of like character development. maybe i was asking more from it than it had to give. the 解θͺ¬(かいせ぀) at the back describes it as a little like a travelogue and i think that’s fair. good as a palate cleanser read but probably not something to rush to read should probably add a blurb to natively tho, i’ll do that after

today’s nhk article was this one (very short), and the entries on とγͺγ‚‹ and とγͺると in aDoIJG

words that stood out

γ™γγ¨γ‚‚οΌš
否応(γ„γ‚„γŠγ†)γͺく - whether one wants to or not
ζ΄η„Ά(γ‚Œγγœγ‚“) - evident, plain, distinct
γγ£γ—γ‚‡γ‚Š - soaking (wet), dripping, drenched.
εΈ³ε ΄(けょうば) - (hotel) reception
雨袳(あめあし) - passing rain shower
燦々(さんさん) - brilliant, bright. inexplicably written as 燦燦(さんさん), ig this is a personal preference thing
