Today I made use of that thread (よつばと！Vol 1 Discussion Thread (Beginner's Book Club)) when I got stumped along the way; the discussion of 適当に (てきとうに) to mean “make yourself comfortable” (p. 96, slightly different from p. 88) was particularly useful! So thanks for guiding me there.
