There’s a bunch of Chinese medicine stuff, sometimes with no furigana. It’s all Greek to me 
Spoiler thoughts: The main characters are opening up to each other with each of their own tragic backstories. Also, Seina trying to be friends, but is bedazzled by the beauty of this random guy (魔王様) she found collapsed in her house. And he’s falling in love with her because of how sincere she is. They’re so precious, I love it. Warms my heart 
And there are some very funny moments too, oh gosh
