「てき」って何ですか？

降ってきちゃった is a form of 降ってくる
No, I would be happy if you a link that explains them. I have read about ちゃう、ちゃった in Maggiesensei website but didn’t find anything an explanation for てき

てき is not a thing on its own, it’s て + きて (てform of くる) + (しまった)
