I checked the hidden template sheet, but maybe that wasn’t what I was supposed to use? I don’t know google sheets at all.
I probably didn’t update the template, since it was hidden, so I’ve updated it now just to be sure.
If you see any sheet where the colors don’t continuously go in order (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple), let me know where and I can investigate!

Does anyone know if there is a continuation of the story at the back of volume 1?
I read it today, thinking it was a one shot and then it suddenly said つづく but where … 
It continues at the end of each of the volumes if I’m not mistaken. 
As @Hantsuki said, the last chapter of that story is in volume 5. (I just double checked it said END at the end and not つづく. ^^)

Now the big question is to read it straight away or wait until the end of volume 2… 
Chapter/Letter 5 is here; the start of volume 2. Note that while this right now looks like just a chapter thread, depending on the amount of posts, I will transform it to a volume thread. Same thing with the vocabulary sheet. No need to have a hundred different links and tabs if not that much is added. 
But let’s go crazy and talks loads, right? 
Tip! Don’t do book club things when your brain is still asleep. With so few comments on chapter 5, I should probably have remade that to a volume 2 thread. But eh 
I guess we’ll do volume threads from volume 3 and on.

On a personal note, I hope to read the rest of chapter 5 today and catch up.
The nice thing about chapter threads though is that if folks get behind, it’s easy to catch up again without derailing the conversation and getting the timeline mixed up (which is inconvenient for potential future readers looking for answers to chapter-specific questions).
Absolutely true. And exactly why I prefer chapter threads. But it can also feel a bit silly to make many topics and have only like 3-4 replies to them. I was gonna go with convention (which is to move to volume threads from volume 2 (usually)), but, you know what, I am allowed to do things however I think best.
I’ll have another think about it and see where I fall for volume 3.

Welp, I guess we’ll have chapter threads for the whole series. 
Because apparently I can time travel letters too!
Anyway, chapter 7 is up.
And because, you know, the end of the volume is coming up the week after this. I guess it is poll time!

Can’t believe you are already almost finished reading volume 2 …
meanwhile I didn’t even start yet (I plan to catch up though)
I know, right? It feels so weird to say the volume is almost over after two weeks, but for these first few volumes there are only 4 chapters in each, so… ^^
Technically though, only half the volume have been read so far, 3/4 chapter is this week.
Volumes 2-5 are on sale on Bookwalker until 3rd of September. Probably volume 1 too, but I already had that so can’t tell!
Since I’ve now bought them I guess I’ll be continuing with the club!
