We’ve added a new timezone section to the account settings. This update is to address the problem that some users have with their browsers not detecting the correct timezone. You can double check which timezone you have set in your account settings:
If the browser can’t detect your timezone, you will see a message on your dashboard suggesting you manually update your timezone setting:
If you manually set your timezone to a different timezone that doesn’t match your browser’s timezone, you will also see an alert (this might happen if you are travelling for example):
Note that this does not impact the timing in which your reviews come in. For example, 4 hours will always be 4 hours to our SRS, even if you change your time zone during that time. This primarily affects the times you see on your Review Forecast for now.
