Your comic strip is a much better mnemonic. WK’s mnemonic is: “When you ride your scooter, your forehead sticks out of the car.” Which one is it, WK? Am I riding a scooter or driving a car?
P.S. the scooter radical used to be called “water slide”. The new name is a vast improvement.
Oh, it’s got a lookalike! I guess the difference is just carrying something on your forehead, so here’s the “take along” version. Some day she will decide to actually drive one of these things, but not today. …Maybe she just don’t want to bump or scratch them since they’re RENtals.
Oh, I’m happy to hear it I’ve started doing a little pencildrawing for every kanji lesson I do. I think drawing/doodling is a good idea for anyone, since it forces you to visualize the mnemonic! I’ll post mine here once I get a bunch of them sorted in Photoshop
