Level 48!
I am loving this 15 day pace. The fast levels have become the slow levels! Nearly at my goal of Level 50 now… looks like I’ll be hitting it mid-April.

I finally cleared my 2000+ review pile!!!
I took a break due to moving countries in the middle of the pandemic and applying for graduate school, which I’ve been accepted into so I really can’t complain I suppose. Definitely not going to be finishing this challenge on time like I expected, but I might get close! Regardless I’m finishing Wani Kani this year come hell or high water. N2 I am looking at you longingly

Being finished with lessons is starting to feel close for the first time. I am gonna freak when I’m sub 1000 lessons left to learn. I can’t believe how long I’ve kept this commitment to myself… DAY AFTER DAY AFTER…

So start of the year ended up being super rough for motivation, and my inability to remember to use vacation mode ended up with me hitting a 1k+ review deficit pretty quickly. Sitting at just under 1.9k this morning, but gonna try and see how well I can clear this out over the next week or so doing 250-300 a day.
Really wanna try hitting 60 before the deadline, so wish me luck

Well, I’ve been busy lately, so the amount of time per level has gone up a few days… but I’ve just hit level 58! It’s kind of strange, knowing that I’m so close to the end after two years.
Idk what I’ll do with the extra time once I’m done

It’s never too late to make a proper schedule and start doing your lessons on regular basis even if you’re lv60! I love how this year started.
So far it’s the longest streak I ever had… And I guess that’s it since I have no more fuel to keep it going:
Such an unusual thing to not have to drill new lessons on WK daily, that I used to so much within last 2 years.

Finally after 50ish days got my reviews back to zero…
Idk what made me take this long i guess leeches. I started doing extra practice on wanikani page(didn’t know it existed till 2 days, since i started doing my reviews on flaming durtle app a long while ago)
And it worked, i became motivated again to do them and completed the remaining pile very smoothly. Hope i stick to doing it regularly and not ignored after a while…

I wonder if there is going to be another lvl 60 in spring for 2023? It would be an interesting goal for me to go towards with some others now that I’m not burnout out from 32+ hours of work on top of 6 school classes!!! I really wanna try.

Well friends, I most definitely will not be hitting my target. Long story short, my entire life fell apart last year and I’m still in the long process of recovering from it. Because I’d like to cross off Wanikani from my bucket list and because I wanted a clean slate, I went ahead and restarted and will slowly be working through it. So perhaps mark me down for the Skytree 2024 thread

I’m not sure anymore. Is there a script that only un-burns things. Like just takes in back one stage to where I could automatically re burn things that I still remember but work on things I’ve since forgot. I think I remember there is one that takes it all the way back to apprentice 1 from burned…

Yessss let’s go! I made it to the last section, and I’m in the final stretch! I am on track to reach 60 by the goal date with some time to spare. Just gotta stick to my schedule! It’s been a while since I’ve been in the thread, so congrats to everyone who has made it to 60 since! See you up there soon!!
