I’ve finished all the lessons I can, but now it won’t give me anymore. I got 100% on the quizzes and did one review (with 100%)
How to I gain access to the other lessons? Do I have to wait? Do I have to review everything I’ve learned so far first?

You have to review them a few times to get more lessons. For more details, please read the official guide.

The short version is, when you do new lessons, you need to wait until they come up for review(there is a countdown on the Dashboard when you first log in). You need to review the items a few times before you get new lessons, and review those lessons to unlock new ones, and so on. There is a lot more detail in the guide and the forums if you look around for it.
