Hello everyone!
I can’t seem to find a script that does lesson ordering.
I know that we have advanced lessons now and it makes it nice and easy to actually pick out what you want to learn this day, but it doesn’t exactly let you order the items by type, or am I missing something?
I would really appreciate if someone knows of a script that let’s you order the items in the lessons by type: Radicals first, then Kanji and then Vocab.
Any help greatly appreciated!

In Advanced, they are listed by level and type and you can “select all” on the right for each type, Is that what you are looking for?
edit: if you untick the interleave box, they should stick to the type. Not sure how that works if you have types from different levels selected though.
Well, not exactly, if I understand your question correctly.
For example, I’m level 33, but I have vocab items from level 32 still. Now I want to do 5 kanji items from level 33 and 10 vocab items from level 32. But because the lesson ordering is automatically by level, I get those 10 vocab lessons first and then the kanji.
I’m looking for a setting or a script that let’s me study the kanji first and then the vocab without having to do two seperate lessons.
I never have the interleave lessons box ticked and it’s still ordered by level…

You know you can pick kanji and radicals even if you have vocab from previous lessons, right?
Sorry if I couldn’t make my request clear enough. I’m looking for a script or a setting that let’s me order those in a lesson. I know in fact that you can pick items regardless of their level.
For me, learning Kanji needs more mental energy, so I want to get them first in a lesson and not after I’ve already memorised 10 vocab words.
I still don’t understand. To do what you want I would go to advanced mode, pick 5 kanji, study them. Then go to advance mode again and pick 5 vocab. Isn’t it how people do it? Do you want to achieve it without going to advanced mode?
I think I’m missing something. Do you want to do 15 lessons all at once? Not in 3 batches of 5?
Exactly, I want to do 15 items at once. I always go to advanced mode because I don’t want kana vocab to get mixed into my lessons. It’s getting a bit annoying to have to do two, sometimes three seperate lessons when I also have radicals to do, every morning and have to pick them all out. I usually do 7 Kanji and 8 vocab. For some reason I get those 7 Kanji all in one batch which is also annoying.
Before advanced mode came about I was using a really nice script that was basically doing that. I could chose how many items I wanted of each type in my lesson, it would automatially leave out those kana words, and it would order them by type not by level. That was really neat and I miss that. It’s just how I’ve always done it and I miss the simplicity.
Listen, it’s not such a big deal, I just wanted to ask if someone knew of a script that would let me do that. It’s as simple as that.
