Is there any reason why my lessons were REFUSING to let me finish the level 1 vocab? I had interleave lessons off, and it still was giving me a mix of radicals, kanji and level 2 vocab. I’m coming back after about a year away and I was so confused by the new system. Can anyone explain what I’m doing wrong? I wound up forcing a batch of just the level 1 vocab

Welcome back! I recently came back and reset after many years. I feel your confusion. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the Lesson Picker too.
Just to figure out if you are making the same mistake I did at first, could you be clicking on the Batch, Please bar? Or does this happen even though you click on the pink Advanced button in the Today’s Lessons box, in the new window that opens handpick (again by clicking on) the level 1 vocabulary you want to study, and then click on the pink Start Lessons bar at the bottom of the screen?
That Batch, Please bar reads Start Lessons when you choose the items you want to study by clicking on them individually. I hope this helps.
I am using scripts for reviews but not for lessons. Does that matter?
