Lesson is stuck in quiz mode

The error appears when I enter a reading (hiragana). It doesn’t mark it as right or wrong It skips to the next question. A meaning however still gets marked as right or wrong. It only started recently as I could still do lessons normally earlier today.

Tested on Firefox and Opera without any userscript active.

There was a bug introduced with a small code change earlier today that just affected lesson quizzes for vocabulary readings. We pushed a fix a couple minutes ago — it should be live and lessons should proceed normally. Let me know if you keep seeing the error and I’ll dive right back into additional investigation and fixes.
