Not sure if this is a bug or not, I’m a new user and have been unable to find a possible answer.
I’m early/mid-way through level 3 and have all the radicals unlocked to almost Guru. I was given Kanji lessons, and have daily reviews, for 13 Kanji that are still showing as locked?
Does this sound right? It looks odd as I can’t see my progress on these locked Kanji.
Do you mean that you have reviews for kanji that are locked?
If you mean that kanji are locked so you can’t learn them, that’s by design until you guru the associated radical 
Yes, I have had lessons and reviews for Kanji that are showing as locked. I’ve attached a screenshot and highlighted the ones I’ve learnt/review.
yeah, like @aPaincake said, it’s a feature and not a bug.
you should be able to learn those kanji once the radicals for said kanjis reached guru
Are you sure you’re not mixing up radicals and kanji? Because for instance 北 is a radical as well:
Did you reviews involve readings? Do you even know the readings of these kanji at this point?
Yeah, you’re right. I’m a literal idiot 
. I’ve only learnt the radicals for those Kanji at this point.
