Katakana ro vs mouth kanji

Also you will be able to differentiate them quite easily by context.

  • If it’s connected to other katakana it’s probably “ro”
  • If it’s connected to other kanji it’s probably the mouth kanji
  • If it’s on it’s own it’s safe to say it’s the kanji, because “ro” by itself doesn’t really mean anything

Though obviously it also depends on what the sentence is actually trying to say.
